Easy Sensitive Skin Skincare Routine

MORNING: Many people with dry skin don't cleanse in the morning. If you do, try an oil cleanser, followed by a nutrient-rich moisturizer and SPF. Use the Rapid Layering Method to apply skincare.

EVENING Cleanse with a gentle cleanser, followed by a hydrating treatment like a serum or oil, followed by a nutrient-rich moisturizer.

TREATMENTS Use a gentle hydrating clay mask 1 time a week to remove dead skin cells. Focus on adding antiinflammatory oils into your routine.
