Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Our shipping days are currently Tuesdays & Thursdays. During peak times, orders are typically shipped within 3 working days.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

All U.S orders $75+ ship free, no code necessary.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Delivery dates are estimated based on the date the package is shipped and may vary due to unavoidable shipping delays or weather.

We are a small, family owned business and prepare all of our packages by hand. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We are closed weekend days and holidays. ** Please note: Selecting express shipping will only increase the speed of transit and will not shorten the time it takes us to process your order.

I need my items quickly. Do you offer express or rush shipping?

Yes, depending on where you live. Any express options available at your location will automatically appear during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Presently, we ship to the USA, and plan to broaden our international shipping in 2025.

Return Policy

Our goal is to create products that enhance your heart, soul, and skin. It is our sincerest hope you’ll be completely satisfied with our products.

Returns are accepted for our products if the return request is received within 14 days of delivery. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Damaged Products
If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement will be shipped. A photograph of the damage/defect is required and must be received within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

How do I become a Pro?

Apply to become a Stone Beauty Co. Professional by filling out the online application form. Licensed Estheticians will need to provide their license number, business website, and go through our training program in order to add our products to their service menu.
