Holiday Shipping: orders placed December 13 - December 20

The week of December 12th is a company holiday, so we won't be processing or shipping orders as quickly as usual. .Orders placed December 12th, 12:00pm CST - December 19th, 12:00pm CST will be processed December 20th. Delivery times may vary due to unavoidable shipping delays or weather.

USA Shipping: 2-5 Days

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally, but we will soon. Please check back or contact us.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our farm in Texas, which is where we create, manufacture, and package all of our products. We are so proud of each step our products take before reaching your home - from finding the finest organic oils to using sustainable packaging. Every single one of our products are made to the highest standards using quality ingredients we source ourselves.

Processing and Packaging
We are a small, family owned business and prepare all of our packages by hand. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Every item is checked for quality, carefully packaged, and shipped Monday - Friday. We are closed weekend days and holidays. ** Please note: Selecting express shipping will only increase the speed of transit and will not shorten the time it takes us to process your order.

Free Shipping
All U.S. Orders over $100 always ship for free - no promotion code needed. We cannot guarantee the date of arrival with our free shipping offer, however. Standard shipping usually puts the item on your doorstep in 2-7 days.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped which will include a tracking number. 

I need my items quickly. Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Yes, depending on where you live. Faster shipping options available at your location will automatically appear during checkout.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority Mail.

Returns

Our goal is to create and provide products that enhance your heart, soul, skin, and mind, It is our sincerest hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products which is why we offer a happiness guarantee. We will accept any full size product for return as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of purchase.  (Returned items are NOT resold, and may be used for marketing or research purposes.) Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the email containing the return authorization form. We will not authorize the full refund for items received after that time period. Any reward points associated with the items you return will not be returned.

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit and/or refuse a return or charge a processing fee if we find that our return policy has been violated. Any abuse is decided based on our sole discretion and cannot be appealed. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons, however we will contact the customer to notify them the return policy was violated and the items will not be accepted.

Damaged Products
If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement will be shipped. A photograph of the damage/defect is required and must be received within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Start a Return

Please contact customer service with your order number to receive an RA# (return authorization number) before shipping your item back. Please note: We are not responsible for return packages that are lost during delivery. We are not responsible for reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery. Tracking is recommended.

Returns are monitored for abuse. We reserve the right reject or limit returns with or without proof of purchase. 

*Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
